Parallel are the block managers of The Observatory in New Southgate, N11. Whilst undertaking management responsibilities, we became aware that one of the properties had been vacant for some weeks, the team proactively approached the leaseholder and offered to help source a tenant for him.
As no rental income had been earned for several weeks, the property owner was happy to explore new options and Parallel were instructed. A new tenant was found extremely quickly with a start date achieved within 7 days of instruction. Both new tenants and landlord are extremely happy with the outcome.
