The Company
Parallel Property Management (PPM) has been providing block management services since 2007 and has now grown into a leading property management company providing property management to a wide range of property developers and investors.
We provide residential property management and bespoke block management solutions to private investors as well as resident management companies (RMCs).
We have a strong background in construction which means we are able to deal with all maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. We have a proven track record of taking over the management of blocks and improving the service by applying our knowledge of both older and newly built properties across London.
