We worked closely with the Developer and Contractors to ensure the property is managed efficiently from Practical Completion. All relevant warrantees & information have been collated and are available for all leaseholders.

We used our position to negotiate the best possible maintenance contracts. Service charge have been set at £1.20/sq ft which represents great value.

The property was taken over from the main contractor with very few defects, all of which have been resolved.

The residents have identified a few improvements to the communal gardens which have been put to a vote and when the majority of Leaseholders voted in favour of these changes, we arranged and implemented the upgrades with minimum disruption and within budget.
